What cause of Gonorrhea

Neisseria Gonorrhea
        Gonorrhea in the broad sense includes all diseases caused by Neisseria gonorroheae. Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease infections caused by the bacteria Neisseria gonorrhoeae to be transmitted through genital. Acute sexually transmitted diseases in the lining of the tract mucocutaneus genitourinarius with the clinical presence of purulent secretions urethra caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
      Sexually transmitted disease caused by the bacteria Neisseria gonorrohea, vary among populations or communities. More than 700,000 people suffer from gonorrhea are reported every year in America. More common in men than women. Screening is required to seek to detect the risk of infection in groups at high risk of infection. Screening in women may not be recommended because the infection causes no symptoms, screening in the United States conducted in sexually active women, and pregnant women who are at high risk of infection (such as a history of previous gonorrhea infection or other sexually transmitted infections, multiple partners, inconsistent condom use is, those who are married to sex workers and drug users, living in the demographic group with high disease prevalence). Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease which more frequent in males. Patients with the highest gonorrhea in the United States are found in young people who are not married between the ages of 15-30 years, low education and low socioeconomic status.

Etiology
          Gonorrhea is the cause of Gonococcus bacteria belonging to the group known as Neisseria and there are four species, namely N.gonorrhoeae and N.meningitidis and N.cattarrhalis that are pathogenic and commensal nature N.pharyngis sicca. These four species are difficult to distinguish except by fermentation tests.
         Gonococcus including Diplococcus-shaped coffee bean class size and length of 0.8 μ 1.6 μ is acid resistant. On direct preparations are gram-negative gram staining, visible on the outside and inside leukocytes, does not last long in the air, quickly die in the dry state, can not stand temperatures above 39oC, and do not hold a disinfectant substances, Gonococcus require temperatures 35-37oC and pH (7.2 -7.6) to grow.
         In morphologic gonococci consists of 4 types: type 1 and 2 which have pili that are virulent, and type 3 and 4 which do not have pili and are nonvirulen. Pili is to be attached to the mucosal epithelium and will cause an inflammatory reaction. Area is the most easily infected by the mucosal epithelial layer of flattened cuboidal or undeveloped (immature), namely the woman's vagina before puberty.
